Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into a contract, and legally permitted to view adult material where you live. Any false age or identity information is grounds for immediate account termination.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private and for all activity that happens through your account. Do not share your account, impersonate another person, or attempt to access locked or paid content without authorization.

Subscriptions And Billing

Paid membership provides recurring monthly access to subscriber-only areas of the site. Membership pricing, renewal terms, cancellation steps, and access timing are presented during signup and checkout. By starting a membership, you authorize an immediate charge for the current month and recurring monthly charges until you cancel. Tips, unlocked-post purchases, and similar one-time payments are separate from subscription charges.

Cancellation

You can manage or cancel recurring billing online from your account billing settings. If you cancel, access normally continues through the end of the then-current paid billing period unless otherwise required by law or the payment processor. Refunds And Chargebacks

Except where required by law, subscriptions, tips, and unlock purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or the payment has been processed. Chargebacks or payment disputes made in bad faith may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

Member Conduct

• Do not upload, request, or distribute any content involving minors.
• Do not post non-consensual, deceptive, violent, illegal, or harassing material.
• Do not record, scrape, reproduce, sell, or redistribute paid content without written permission.
• Do not interfere with the site, payment flows, or other users.

Content Ownership

Club Jack is a single-creator site. Unless a page expressly states otherwise, site content is provided by or on behalf of the creator and is licensed for personal viewing only. Membership does not transfer any ownership rights in the content.

Termination

Club Jack may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse payment systems, infringe intellectual-property rights, or create legal or security risk for the site or its users.
